Reiki is a beautiful, easy to use healing gift that we can all tap into and work with. You will become a conduit for healing light, enhancing your life and the lives of those around you!

Reiki is used to restore balance to the whole self; body, mind, energy and soul through channeling an unlimited supply of universal, spirit guided, life force healing energy.

This healing modality was gifted to us to help us all return to a state of higher love, awareness and harmony. Reiki sheds light on what needs to be healed in order for us to step into our true potential; unlocking your utmost vitality. It is a miraculous healing tool that has helped millions of individuals worldwide and in turn the whole planet.

Reiki will help you in the areas you need most and as a practitioner, this energy will be with you, supporting your highest good always. I can’t wait to see you flourish as you develop your practice!

You will know when it is the right time for you to learn Reiki and at that time the right teacher will present themselves.

It is my honour and privilege to teach Reiki and share my knowledge of healing. I’ve personally been practicing Reiki since 2016 and have been a Reiki Master with the ability to teach and attune others since 2018. I now teach three different styles of Reiki. You will want to start with this style, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki or Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki. In order to take the Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Masterclass you will need to be a Usui Reiki Master first.

There are three different levels of Reiki within this style to learn and explore. You will know when it is best to learn and grow with Reiki at each level.

At each level, I provide you with a manual for reference, along with teaching you all of the necessary techniques and practices. There are three different attunements that will give you the ability to channel Reiki healing energy (one per level). You will also revive a certificate with each level and I am always available to guide you and your Reiki practice.

Reiki Level I

At this level, you will learn all the basic hand positions in order to give yourself and others a successful Reiki treatment. There is also an attunement that gives you the ability to tap into and channel Reiki energy.

Level I is all about self-healing, after the attunement, you will have Reiki energy flowing through you always; aiding you in all areas of life. At this level, Reiki will begin to work with you behind the scenes, as it heals and purifies your physical body especially.

Although it is not necessary, you may wish to deepen your understanding of Reiki and the chakra system beforehand. Some texts that I recommend are “The Wheels of Life” by Anodea Judith, and “The Complete Book of Traditional Reiki” by Amy Z. Rowland.

I also recommend beginning a daily meditation practice as it will help you to focus on drawing in Reiki energy once attuned. This will begin to help you expand your awareness also.

Reiki Level II

At the second level, you will be taught the first three Reiki healing symbols. We will practice how to draw the symbols correctly, how to invoke their energy and when to use them appropriately.

The second attunement will increase the amount of Reiki energy flowing through you and strengthen your healing abilities.

Along with deepening your understanding of Reiki, we will be learning to send Reiki healing energy over distance (Remote Reiki).

After the second attunement is complete, Reiki will work with you as it heals and clears your mental and emotional body especially.

I recommend reading “The Art of Psychic Reiki” by Lisa Campion. It is a great book to have as you advance as an energy healer.

Reiki Level III Master/Teacher

This is both a Reiki Level III Master training and a course for aspiring Reiki teachers.

The Reiki Level III Masterclass is for those who wish to deepen their connection to Reiki and for those who are committed to making Reiki and its values a larger part of their everyday life. With this level, we also have the opportunity to pass on what we know and teach others Reiki.

Level III increases the amount of Reiki energy flowing through you by tenfold. It is for increased enlightenment, personal growth and higher transformation.

At this level, Reiki energy will work with you to clear, heal and expand your spiritual body especially.

In this course you will learn…

• Master healing and energetic expansion techniques

• Recap of Level I and II

• Reiki Level I and II from a teaching perspective

• How to attune others to Reiki (all three levels)

• Complete overview of how to structure and run your own successful Reiki workshops (all three levels)

A 500-page manual with teaching notes will be provided for you.

I have been trained as a Usui Tibetan Master. You will be taught four Master healing symbols in total; two Usui Master symbols and two Tibetan Master symbols.

Upon completion of this Masterclass, you will be certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing.

I have been trained and certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing by both Vivian Osal and Karen Day.

I am able to teach both Usui Reiki and Tibetan Reiki.

I was also trained and certified by William Lee Rand as a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher in Hana, Hawaii with the ability to also teach Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki.
